Corporate is a mess creating a toxic environment where the silos and individual department metrics mean more than the success of the company. Managers willing to willfully violate regulations. No structure

Clean, mostly nice people of those that will talk. Safe, decent equipment in 15th street, excellent in Congress. Corporate Growth, Products.

Cons

Communication or lack there of. Organizational ladder, Maintenance Shop or Leadership in Maintenance and use of English. How do you assist, help, repair, communicate if everyone doesn't speak the same Language ? The Jobs in Production are so easy that each person does everything they can to protect or block out others whom may want that easy job.

Pros

The people I work with are great. I have a manager that is open to hearing my ideas, frustrations and celebrates my successes.

Cons

People resources are lacking. There are a lot of efforts for recruiting but it is a very slow moving process. When good candidates are found, the red-tape process through HR is an absolute joke and takes way too long.
