None. Um, there really is not one single pro I can think of for this company.

Cons

They clock you going to the bathroom, don't give u a lunch and only two 15 min breaks all day and the pay is very low for a machinist.

Ok money if you're not trying to support a family or if you're not planning on advancing within the company.

Cons

raises and promotion are extremely few and far between. Expect mandatory overtime very regularly, without any overtime pay.
