This company has always been really understanding when it comes to homelife. They have decent pay and vacation time.

Cons

No communication. They've made so many decision without communicating before hand of thier choices. Rather that would work with someone's schedule or not.

Sick time and PTO policy got worse, Upper Management lacks knowledge of the industry, corporate lacks knowledge of the industry. Only want the money and don't care about the people.
