      Not very many since new ownership took over

      Cons

      Appearances of management from corporate to the local level keep trowing different things at the wall in hopes something will change their seeming lack of how to effectively manage a company. It's all about micromanagement and workforce reduction rather than selling value added services. They seem to be looking to remove all value added resources and simply revert to a forging only business model.

      What can I say - management does not know what they are doing, over spending, layoffs, no bonuses or merit increases.

      Cons

      Layoffs, no bonuses, low wages are a constant there.
