Good entry level opportunities for anyone without any experience.

Cons

Investor owned organization without a substantive management presence. A workplace culture demanding "self starters, and independent thinkers," however no clear mission other than to prepare the company to be purchased by a medical manufacturing company, that just needs a satellite manufacturing/ production facility. Without the overhead and support system that built this company in the first place.
