Decent pay, good shifts, work is interesting.
Cons
Bad management, employees aren't valued, targets are raised on a weekly basis up to 50%, no prospect for advancing career, favouritism in place, poor training in under an hour (for a medical device company), blame is always passed down on operators even when the order came from above, colleagues working against each other.
