      Good Company to Learn

      Pros

      The company gives a good exposure to different aspects of the business what helps young engineers to learn all e manufacturing and operation initiatives. Tecomet as corporate has a good quality system and procedures; but every site operates independently and are focused on the local profits what may overwhelm the engineers.

      Cons

      Lack of resources on operation sites making the people that works there to work long hours without appreciation from upper managers. Company does not appreciate the employees; and most of the good engineers leaves the company once gets the experience.
