Tecomet shows that they care for their employees. Leadership has focused on keeping people safe and ensuring that people are informed. Transparent communications show a respect for people that is appreciated. I am glad that I am here.

Cons

Hard to give cons in this tough COVID environment. We are all challenged by the global pandemic. There are people who have been working from home the last year and we need to make sure that we don't go backwards but instead move forward with more work-life balance policies. We are going in the right direction.
