      Pros

      Hourly pay is still better than most companies in the area. Decent benefits. The medical field provides job stability. I enjoy crafting medical instruments by hand and knowing they will be used on a patient in surgery, makes me feel good as a person.

      Cons

      Management; Corporate level and local. Communication/Transparency. Reactive instead of Proactive. High turnover rate, due to hiring temp. workers that don't have the proper skills and experience. Privately held company.

      Paycheck, good co-workers inside department

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment, no career advancement possible. No proper planning at company. Decent paycheck only with massive amounts of overtime offered (and significant time away from family)
