Pros
If you are new to the medical device industry Tecomet is a good place to learn from scratch. Most employees are great to work with.
Cons
Management falls short in about every area possible. Examples: -They have no ethics or integrity when communicating with employees. -They will literately lie to your face for years on end just to get you to do what they want in the meantime. -Most HR employees including management are very stuck up and rude. They use coercion rather than being pleasant to work with as they should be.
