      Pros

      Nice people to work with, good benefits, competitive pay, the company have new management that is investing in people development and to improve the culture towards quality excellence. Support of lean manufacturing and six sigma projects. Good learning of medical device systems from multiple OEM customers.

      Cons

      Working hours to support the quality improvements may be a challenge some times.

      Pros

      It is great to work for a company that is open to new ideas and suggestions. Our new CEO had lunch with us and made several positive comments about our future.

      Warehouse location is not the best.
