      Pros

      The leads and staff on the shop floor are good people and most of them hard workers. The work environment is lax ish there is a sense of rush to get tasks done in some areas other areas are slow

      Cons

      Management dose not know what they are doing. They have had so much change in management "a new GM every year" that they don't have a plan and they don't communicate with the shop floor well. Majority of the good employees that are not leads left. Management makes it clear they do not care about the employees. They have monthly meetings with everyone with headlines of integrity and teamwork two things management dose not have.
