Good colleagues who are very capable engineers for the most part. Line management extremely helpful. Recent change of senior management.

Cons

Cash strapped business with suppliers constantly chasing for payment. Makes the job difficult to get on with or build supplier relationships. Senior management of the time were particularly bad.
