Pros

Good benefits, TekSynap really seems to care about getting the best out their employees. They have free udemy courses and offered to pay for any certifications I want.

Cons

Unfortunately, you are really at the whim of the employers you are contracted out to. This makes it hard to move up in the company.

Pay was reasonable Paid $5k vacation after five years (if you can hold out that long)

Cons

Disgusting, sexist comments "ask the customer to open the kimono" were something often stated by owners/VPs during meetings. Not a great impact on female or Asian employees.
