As a service provider, our customers establish the specific requirements for each job. We do our best to match skill with needs of the customer, but occasionally there is either a miscommunication or the requirements change. As we grow, we are rolling out additional infrastructure to better manage direct staff including the Performance and Compensation module within Paycom's Talent Management suite . As part of this initiative we now have better tools to implement company wide annual employee reviews/increases. The role out began at the end of 2014 and will be completed in Q1 of 2015.
