Two jobs for the pay of half of one.

None at all. Don't waste your time.

Cons

Your essentially doing two jobs, IT Help Desk and once in awhile Inventory Management for $15/hr. My McDonald's pays more than that. Their benefits packages are a joke.

After four years with TekSynap I know there is a lot to like about the company. Founded and run by people with technical backgrounds, the leadership has a passion for supporting their clients and their employees! Many companies say they are "employee focused" but TekSynap backs it up. Salary, platinum level benefits, employee activities (crawfish boils, picnics, football games, etc.), travel awards, investment in training and education. If you want to advance your career and are willing to put in the effort, the sky is the limit. I work for and with great people. I love my job because I love working for TekSynap. Work hard, play hard.
