The pay was fair, there wasn’t any micromanaging. Management seemed respectful

Cons

Wasn’t ver forgiving on any mistakes made. The training compared to expectations was not very fair. There was constant email from management, the rules of what was acceptable and not acceptable changes often. Many things seemed more of a set rather than helping the team members be successful.
