clear chain of command, easy to communicate with leadership. VERY involved with the work culture, and clear communication when you are doing good, or when you aren't. Health Insurance is EXCELLENT.

Cons

Pay is not the best.

Pros

Employees always come first and they really work hard to create this culture. We try not to say no to the customer and meet all their expectations if not exceed them. They encourage their employees to use their Educational Learning Plan and do not deny using it. It can be used for college, certifications, etc.

Cons

It is harder to get it approved for employees to attend seminars and workshops.
