Fantastic environment. Management truly cares about you. The relationships amongst co-workers is genuine and encouraging. Pay scales are more than fair. The work done here is of great quality and done in a very efficient manner. If you do quality work, there is room to move up and work on your career. There is also extensive opportunities for continued education provided through TekSynap. Benefits provided are top tier and definitely seen as a priority of TekSynap. TekSynap is organized and constantly goes out of their way to make their employees happy to be there. Consequently the teams work very well. TekSynap expansion is also a great pro here, the company is constantly winning contracts and expanding at a healthy pace which can come with complications, and even those are handled with precision. There is also great communication across the company all the way down to the individual team members, which is a very rare thing to see at other companies.

Cons

Working with federal entities can introduce complications, this is handled very well, but its an inevitable truth.
