Very safety conscious. They strive to keep everyone safe, at work and at home. All the employees and upper management do what they can to help each other out. Very well run industry.

Cons

So far, I've not found anything negative to say about the company.

The Tekni-plex leadership team is a solid group of accessible people.The CEO answers every email within a day or so. They go to great lengths making sure the divisions are sharing best practices.

Cons

The So Cal division is sometimes disconnected from the east coast. This particular site has challenges with maintaining site leadership presence. Therefore building a cohesive team can be a challenge.
