The organization is heavily reliant on outdated ERP systems and manual processes across all departments, from Engineering and Planning to Customer Service, HR, and Operations. The lack of investment in modern technology—largely due to the private equity group’s reluctance to fund system upgrades—has left teams overextended and operating inefficiently. As a result, the company functions primarily through spreadsheets, which exacerbates communication breakdowns and interdepartmental misalignment. In order to make this company run more efficiently, employees need better tools to use to increase their productivity and develop a proactive work environment.
