Pros

There were no pros for me except meeting the tax department. They were the only ones who were kind to me during my time there.

Cons

Clique environment I saw 9 people leave the department during my time there(less than a year) I got yelled at by my manager for simply asking someone to speak to me with respect They planned an outing on my last day in true clique style and didn't invite me

Depends on your view, people can get away with anything and are not held responsible, which can be a good or bad thing!

Cons

I would recommenced Teknor, as long as it isn't in the purchasing department. They are a mess with no direction or management.
