The people are really fun to work with and they used to hire the best kinds of people there were

Cons

They don’t value people like they advertise them, laid off hundreds of people to hire hundreds of higher management. Lack of transparency from HR, people who don’t know what they’re doing get promoted, lots of nepotism and unfairness. HR reinforce in-person mandate but they’re all remote, probably close to getting bought out
