There are plenty of opportunities to grow provided you know how to identify and make use of that opportunities. Opportunities to work closely with customers from hi-tech industries

Cons

Any big organization has it own challenges and many have posted their views. I don't want to add more on this. This organization has been providing solutions to hi-tech companies for more than 75+ years and I am sure they will come out successfully by overcoming various challenges that are slowing down the industry.
