A very flexible "for the employee" attitude with the Senior Mgmt always approachable, a very much open door policy. They are very receptive to new ideas and encourage a healthy environment to work in and achieve your career goals while performing at a high level. Though may be much smaller in size when compared to the big players in the market but they are way ahead in the ways they take care of the employee. Great place to be !!!

Cons

Process may be lacking at this point but of late a lot of focus has been on installing the processes into projects. Another area of focus could be training for employees on the latest technologies.

It's a multicultural team with talented members across all business areas. Gives you the chance to learn something new. Work with big corporation clients and SMB clients. Your opinion is taken in consideration and you can easily reach senior management. Freebies at the kitchen and the regular company meet ups.

Cons

People look to be running all the time. It's sometime hard to get some pauses to think about the business and personal enrollment. Office space does not represent the actual culture of the team members, all-dough there have been some upgrades in the near past.
