Tekzenit reviews

So far the journey in Tekzenit India has been full of excitement. Although the negative reviews are doing rounds since quite some time but still people dont seem to be quitting. All the existing employees are always heard cribbing about the available benefits and complaining about what is not avaialble. This very clearly shows the low mentality of the employees. I am not a regular user of Glassdoor but too many gossips in the office about the reviews made me curious to look into it. Past few reviews always said negatives about HR and top management which is certainly not correct. HR team has been the most generous. Looks into all requests even though they are the lamest of all and tries to accomodate all as long as its possible. People love gossiping about everything and the negative reviews about the HR and other senior members are a perfect example of it. Glassdoor is only used as a platform to vent out anger or frustration which is so unprofessional.

I had worked with tekzenit hyderabad since its inception until a few months ago. It has been a good stepping stone job for me as I had left tekzenit for a better opening. I think the biggest plus point is the infrastructure and office which is very well designed. The management was understanding, approachable and professional. Outings and work culture was definitely a positive experience. Office politics as mentioned in previous reviews was evident but for anyone like me who has worked in bigger roles and jobs previously, it is a part of the game and are seen every where in every office. Unethical employees have been pushed out promptly despite their role. These employees can be writing biased reviews which I have read. High priority is given to punctuality, motivation and ethics. It is better if no different from any other IT company in the Hyderabad SEZ area.
