Pros

Very nice office; Great work environment; Great work life balance; Professional management who are very understanding; Leaves and other concerns of employees are understood well and have compromised the project timelines to address these well; The team outings have always been fun and awesome; A well disciplined environment which is probably what has taken the company to new heights; Was a little concerned before joining when I was offered a position. But extremely happy with how things have been going so far.

Cons

Not for people who dont like to put efforts to work and grow; Not for people who are not passsionate for work;

Facilities Infrastructure and work space senior Management Strict policies - does not tolerate escapist attitudes Pay scale, scope for growth A few employees had tried to get away with forgery. They and fellow conspirators were fired on the spot

Well the '0' has significant impact on modern computing and now a days you can't imagine the world without '0' So Zero is a hero. But not here, hence I count '0' when it comes to Pros except some smart people who are left overs.

Cons

Well its infinity, 1. Bad HR. 2. Family runs the business. 3. Everyone on the middle & upper level are some how connected to each other. 4. They can talk about their rights & employee's responsibility, If you do so you are fired (I had seen few incidents). 5. HR tells to the BG verification team, that you are fired though you are resigned due to above 'Slave' policy & I'm the witness & the victim. 6. If you have work (bad) experience with this company (HR) just wipe it out before you pursue for other.
