      Pros

      Free snacks. When I first started working here it seemed like a very open workplace where the employees were appreciated, over the time I've been here I have seen that attitude decline rapidly.

      Cons

      Terrible workspaces. If you like being moved several times in a year to a point where every new space is worse than the last, then this is the place for you. Your space is also not your own, as people will come and take your things and not return them. As an employee I feel as if I'm not allowed to speak my mind. Nepotism is practically a founding principle, and the management is unresponsive to any kind of employee feedback.

      A solid place to work, but the practice still needs some maturity before putting it in the top tier.

      Pros

      The UX and Design teams are full of highly intelligent, capable, and talented rock stars, but it is a young team with a lot of young contributors. In a few more years this company will be a top tier provider of UI/UX consultants, but it has a long way to go. The senior staff is loyal and generally supportive.

      Cons

      Senior level management is not very communicative of company activities, and is generally seen as a small circle of secretive friends and family. Even middle management tends to have problems affecting any positive changes. The client base is not very broad.

      Thank you for the feedback. We have some highly talented team members and are excited to see them continue to grow. You're right. We need more transparency and communication on all things Tek. Starting in June will be actively providing communication on the company's activities, the latest happenings, and employee updates. This is just one step we are taking to ensure our employees are connect with our company and our community. We look forward to feedback on our upcoming efforts!
