Pros
Nice office, snacks and perks such as Health Club membership (only if you go consistently).
Cons
They fail on the majors (i.e. listening to employees, health benefits) and succeeds in the minor things such as snacks. Too many inexperienced young managers that are not able to really help you. This company will also ignore and not respond to it's employees, which to me is worse than being mean to your employees. This company has a good facade that might give you a good impression on the interview, but this company does not do what it takes to keep really good people. They also have horrible health benefits.
