less-than-average pay, good benefits, nice co-workers, free snacks, free sodie pops

Cons

Terrible management across the board. Every department has a manager that was hired strictly due to nepotism -- yes; all managers. The COO had the audacity to try pitching his pyramid scheme startup to some of the new hires -- I'm sorry. 'Reverse Funnel' Do NOT work here. The management is the worst I have ever seen. Ignorance enables judgement here. I overheard a manager telling another winner of nepotism that he should doctor his time sheets so his annual review will go better.

HR need to be professional. Management always fails the commitment which they gave. Tiny cafeteria with 3 people sitting. Bad policies towards maternity leave.

So far the journey in Tekzenit India has been full of excitement. Although the negative reviews are doing rounds since quite some time but still people dont seem to be quitting. All the existing employees are always heard cribbing about the available benefits and complaining about what is not avaialble. This very clearly shows the low mentality of the employees. I am not a regular user of Glassdoor but too many gossips in the office about the reviews made me curious to look into it. Past few reviews always said negatives about HR and top management which is certainly not correct. HR team has been the most generous. Looks into all requests even though they are the lamest of all and tries to accomodate all as long as its possible. People love gossiping about everything and the negative reviews about the HR and other senior members are a perfect example of it. Glassdoor is only used as a platform to vent out anger or frustration which is so unprofessional.

Cons

Lots of freedom given to employees. Quite a lot time spent on coffee breaks and breakfast and lunch break. Please keep an eye on it. The people are misusing the benefits like always being on youtube and watching videos. Strict action should be taken against them.
