Great PTO time even in the first 90 days. Transition within the company after 6 months. Good pay Open door policy is real for even the head boss Quarterly bonus an option

Cons

No sick days even with a doc note. You will use your pto or get penalized. Changes as per Healthcare reasons

Thank you for the positive feedback on the training that you received as well as several of the benefits that we offer. We know that working in the healthcare industry can be stressful but that it is also extremely rewarding. 2020 was particularly stressful and regret that you did not feel that your management was helpful during that time period. We will continue to work with our people managers on being a positive and accessible resource for our employees since we are always at our best when we can all lean on one another and know we have support. We are happy to say that we have a new management training program that is launching next month!
