Great leadership and support from management! Teladoc does a wonderful job of creating an inclusive work environment even though we're all working remotely. I feel very connected with my team and the level of support I receive from my director is wonderful! Senior and executive leadership truly care about their employees and since I've joined the company earlier this year I've been involved in really cool projects that are improving the way we attract, hire and retain new talent! My director is very supportive and has created an environment that allows me to expand my skill set and learn new things.

Pros

Compensation package is top end with salary, bonus, stock grants, and ESOP with look back. I am given freedom and flexibility to do my job without being micromanaged. The ability of work from home and flexible hours is appreciated. My team is spread out all over the world and we all work well together. There are allot of sharp employees who do good work and care about the overall success of the company. The management team has been in place for awhile and there is low turnover. TDOC is the Netflix of Healthcare, a very exciting growth industry that is fun to be a part of. We continue to acquire competitors and grow.

Cons

The medical benefits are a bit expensive if you don't live in the NY area.
