      Pros

      This is a group of smart, driven individuals who are working really hard to make a difference for real people. Very strong culture and shared values, and a sense of teamwork across offices and functions.

      Cons

      Teladoc Health still holds on to it's dynamic, industry-defining DNA - but it's really becoming a "grown-up" more than a "start-up". It feels like a big company, which has lots of upsides but also some downsides. Roles are narrower, the executive team is less accessible.
