      Pros

      Really solid leadership with industry-leading vision. Strong sense of mission that drives motivation, not a lead-by-fear environment. Very little (if any) office politics - flat hierarchy with people working together to get things done. Massive runway for growth. Good work/life balance and flexible work policies.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any - some days can get long depending on project, but that's made up for with equity participation in company growth.

      Pros

      I would have to say it has been a complete joy to work for Telado Health. I have seen quit a few companies promise the world and when you walk in the door the sky is falls around you but in my 2 years with Teladoc Health the skies are beautiful and the grass is green and fertile. My team is a joy to work with each and everyday. We work toward a common goal which is to support our sales team efficiently, expeditiously and with great quality. The benefits are above par with added stock options. My management is fair and promotes good work. I didn't know a company like this could exist!
