      Pros

      Great work environment and culture is excellent. Travel, day to day work, and team is great.

      Cons

      Corporate is acquiring many other smaller companies causing budget cuts to be made internally. No clear path for growth and low paying salary for type of roll where you wear many hats.

      Pros

      Pay,lockers,break room,ice machine,desks, nice security people.

      Cons

      They don't care what is going on in their employees lives. Just make sure you're there to answer the phones no matter what. I have also encountered discrimination. They are so unsupportive and nonchalant when it something major happens. I've NEVER been on a job that didn't support their own. As much begging as they do for the military and won't support their own employees, that's trifling.

      Pros

      Teladoc Health is an exciting, growing company that provides access to virtual healthcare globally. Being in this industry at the tipping point of adoption is very exciting. Teladoc Health compensates fairly, provides good work-life balance, and is flexible about working from home. No micromanaging. Smart colleagues.

      Cons

      Maintain a US-centric mentality. They do not take advantage of existing knowledge, experience, skill and loyalty of existing employees to develop and promote from within. Management didn't support or communicate newly developed role to align with the team, setting the role up for failure. A lot of talk about transparency but don't live up to the promise.
