Cons

There is no clear ownership, zero direction, zero training and no team culture. The give no feedback or development. Most staff work part time and it’s very clicky. Leadership has been there to long and don’t know how to run a modern team

- Work from home - telemedicine service

Cons

- Micromanagement - no transparency - no accountability - nobody seem to have answer to your questions or request even the manager is clueless about the ins and outs - favoritismes is at a all time high - they value answering phone calls within 30 second over quality of the staff we were 2 or 3 answering phone calls across Canada however they will still be mad over not reaching their objective make it make sense
