      Awesome interview experience & great team environment

      Pros

      - Great team environment (even virtually they have done an awesome job of being super welcoming) - Great benefits from day one (for Canadian employees) - Great space to learn and open space, you get to meet a good chunk of your supervisors 🤗 - Great set-up for remote working - set up with new technical gear by the company and all are super informative.

      Cons

      Seems very US based on some onboarding procedures so Canadian employee can feel a little left out but internal set up is expanding and growing and they are still building. But it will get there 👍 If you aren’t very tech savvy or willing to learn then this might be overwhelming for you. But they make it very clear in the interview that this is fast paced and lots of technological use so you have been informed.

      Robotic work, almost like working in a factory.

      Pros

      The easiest work in the world. Almost no skills required.

      Cons

      You get stuck in the same place for maybe 10 years.There is zero improvement in your position or salary. You basically work as a robot like in a factory. All the underwriters were doing exactly the same job for like 10 years with zero advance. One questionnaire for 7 hours every day-5 days a week. Thats it.
