Pros
I liked the ability to make money on my own hours when I was not busy with practice or family. They said I could work as much or as little as I wanted.
Cons
Started to get annoyed with them in December. Would get up to 6 voicemails a day asking for me to log in and take calls since they were busy during a busy time of year. I am busy too with my increased workload and wanting to spend some time during Christmas with family. The texts, emails, and voicemails I treated like white noise. I asked them to stop calling me when I was not logged in and they said they had to. I was not with them very long.
