Pros

WFH Team was engaging so didn’t feel like you were working alone all day. Clear set goals and expectations. They give you lots of ample opportunities to network and grow within the company

Cons

There were cuts to the team and I felt it was handled insensitively. They spoke of efficiency however the remaining team was stretched thin after the cut with no additional support.

The company is dedicated to improving healthcare access for everyone, making it easier for patients to receive care remotely

Cons

I often felt disconnected and unsupported due to the lack of engagement from the onshore QA Manager. She mostly attends meetings just to look busy, with little follow-through or involvement in the day-to-day work. This lack of visibility and commitment made it really hard to get clear direction or timely feedback.
