Cons

-They pay under market salaries -Very competitive market (telemedicine) -Competitors are literally giving their solution away....you have to be confident in your ability to sell

Benefits were cool. Met a few honest and decent individuals. Facility is really up to date, modern and contemporary. Great location to different restaurants and shops! Nothing else that's really it, ashamed isn't it!!!

Cons

Shady Director!!! Director has inappropriate relationship with staff member. Quick to throw peers under the bus, one in particular. How do you promote an employee that has not been with the company for 6 months in two different positions??? I guess it's who you know!!! Upper management- "Good Ol' boy crew"! They stick together if your apart of their "click". The negative reviews are true, not false. Seen alot there and can go on and on! Just a very unprofessional place to work. If the the CFO knew of some of the actions of his management staff he would be appalled.

I've never had a good week at Teladoc and have nothing positive I can say about the company other than a couple junior colleagues with whom I overlap.

Cons

Unprofessional, disorderly firm that is very poorly run. Management is impossible to work with--no flexibility, shortsighted, divisive and dogmatic.
