      Pros

      The employees are really great people. The company's growth has been quick so it's great being able to see the transition from a small company to a mid-size one.

      Cons

      Because of the quick growth there aren't a lot of processes or communications between teams. Internal promotions are very hard to come by so it feels like a slap in the face to repeatedly be overlooked instead of groomed for a higher position.

      - Work with smart people that love technology and use it to do good. - Awesome culture. - Best work/life balance I've ever had.

      Cons

      - The south bay is a bit far for SF so if you want to be in the city, the commute is not the best.

      This is one of the most professional organizations I have ever worked at. The executive staff and the culture throughout the organization is terrific.

      no real Cons. Lots of rapid growth which the organization is doing a good job of managing.
