      Frustrating Culture and Ineffective Leadership: My Experience as a Laid-Off QA Engineer

      Pros

      Working in teledoc offered the chance to be part of an innovative clinical health industry, including diabetes and blood pressure management, while impacting healthcare accessibility and patient outcomes.

      Cons

      QA managers and senior QA managers held duplicate roles — they added little to no value in-turn increasing cost impacting others.Most QA leadership had no real impact on project outcomes rather slows it down. Feedback was discouraged, and layoffs felt random more often every quarter— even strong performers like me were let go.

      Company has great potential but Mgmt needs to get priorities straight

      Great work life balance Flex PTOs Colleagues are supportive. Company has great potential unless the management blows it away

      Cons

      Company reporting loss quarter over quarter which is scaring the talent away. Majority of development happening in offshore with contractors not wiring quality code.
