I am frustrated by ongoing production and environment outages resulting from inadequate DevOps practices. The lack of accountability after incidents leads to recurring problems. Additionally, managers in these departments often engage in tasks that appear industrious but lack substance, further exacerbating the situation.

1.Self-Praising Virtual Lunch Feast: Directors host a "virtual lunch" every other week where they feast on self-praise and serve up empty promises with a side of "next quarter’s potential." 2.The Lies: Directors/VP/Managers spin so many tales of success, you'd think they were auditioning for a role in The Greatest Showman.Specially after they made mess of a simple feature release into a complete chaos.God must be watching over the users of this app, especially after such a buggy releases! 3.Self-Praise Olympics Gold Medal Match: Senior managers give each other gold medals for “decisions” that somehow never lead to any actual business growth. 4.Buzzword Bingo: Synergy, holistic, moving the needle,Well done everyone... basically, this place is basically corporate jargon shoved into a PowerPoint. 5.La La Land: If you want to live in a world where everyone thinks they’re a genius, stop looking for it now. you have found it!!.
