Easy going and stable environment. Provides employees the feeling of Security. Invests in Employee trainings. Most people work there fro many years,

Cons

Bureaucratic, and Slow to peak up trends. the company is very difficult to accept change. There is a luck of Org Structure is some critical departments . Employee distribution in critical departments is not correct

In general, good working environment (quite "family style" after a few years) and relaxed attitude. Managers usually don't ask for the impossible.

Cons

No career development progression/path. No pay rise policy at all, not even after +10 years. If you are ambitious, this is not your company.
