benefits, salary. not so big company (less than 1000 employees) in a very big group very interesting to people attracted by international activities

Cons

personal contribution may be hardly visible. Things get worst if you are not working in the HQ. Not involved employees tend to have a pessimistic attitude (that could also be the Italian attitude)
