      Pros

      A range of fascinating technologies supported by very knowledgeable and committed people. The opportunities to progress are diverse providing pretty long term opportunities for career progression.

      Cons

      Complex systems can sometimes appear daunting and difficult to ensure compliance, with occasional conflicts which have to be negotiated. Sometimes this can distract from allowing you to maintain their core value of being customer focused.
