      -The company is growing very quickly -Very competitive compensation for the area -Four day work weeks or half day Fridays are possible, depending on your department and boss

      Cons

      -Daytona Beach -Some departments are overloaded and understaffed -All work is driven by money, not necessarily good engineering practices -Giant corporate structure creates a lot of red tape, HR is awful -Interdepartmental communication can be very poor and a lot of time is wasting pushing paper
