Pros
Free coffee, plenty of opportunities to reinvent a wheel another engineer has already developed
Cons
Company hires a ton of young entry level employees in the summer and slowly lets them go over the course of the next two years, and has constant cycles of layoffs. Don't expect to keep your job here for too long. Most people who get hired here are quit or laid off within 2 years. Software development follows no real development methodology and is completely disorganized, with some software resources available within the company such as testing libraries being purposefully hidden by those who developed those resources. If you find yourself stuck during a point in development and need to ask a senior developer a question, you'll be rewarded with belittlement and informed of how busy said developer is. Mention of the encounter will also appear on your review that year. My advice: If you're entry level, run.
