the firm had good benefits for employees

no respect for work life balance. deadlines from upper management who had no visibility to quality work and time needed. teams were split across projects and priorities varied by team which was to detriment of above noted timelines.

Cons

No work life balance with everyday 10 to 11 hours as avg working hours.. Uncountable turnovers due to operational complex processes & sustainability becomes a longer term issues to keep up with the business expansion.
