      Pros

      They will give you lots of responsibility from day one, and the variety of work is good. Their stock performance has been good, so the equity compensation package has created a great nest egg for me.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement within the company are limited, and salary increases have also been limited to 3% or less for the past few years.

      Great culture, pro people policies, great leadership, leadership connected to the ground- customers and employees, wonderful learning experience, transparency and openness in interactions and discussions

      Cons

      Old product portfolio continues to be the mainstay. No other significant con that comes to the mind, though salaries for field reps is an area that leadership should continue to focus open
